All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, and standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Lost, Delayed Or Damaged Orders
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at support@coldbrookoutfitters.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
