Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days, and you will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. Transit time is on top of that and shows at checkout.

Every product page lists the numbers that matter: weight, packed size, capacity, and temperature or water resistance ratings where the supplier provides them. If a spec is not listed, it is because we could not verify it, and we would rather leave it off than guess.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email us and we will send a return label and instructions.

Not always. Larger orders can ship from more than one location and arrive a day or two apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
